        Pay Attenion!

Cotto has balls. He wants to be great and always have. His legacy is important to him. He'll fight whoever, win, lose, or draw. This is why his place in boxing history as a HOF'mer, has to be higher than Floyd Mayweather's. His resume' is more impressive. Manny is the best fighter of this era. Cotto is second. The man has fought or will fight ANYONE! I love it. And for anyone who wants to protect Floyd's lack of balls by saying this thread isn't about him, refer to the portion of the article that states that Cotto chose Sergio for his legacy and history. Canelo is made of the same stuff that Manny and Cotto is. You'll all find that out soon enough. His next fight will be a challenging one as well. He wants to be great. Some fighters have that mentality, others like to coast and talk more than fight.

Roach is going to throw in the towel, Cotto quits or Ref stops it. Only three possible scenarios against Martinez. Canelo will pound on what's left.

Cotto vs Martinez will do better numbers than Canelo vs Angulo. The same way Cotto vs Trout did better numbers than Canelo vs Trout. Cotto's the A side.

canelo-floyd is more than cotto-floyd and cotto-maravilla together... let alone if canelo fights maravilla...
and cotto will not fight angulo on a ppv, not enough interest on that...

Cotto has received brutal beatings, he is not the best of this era.

Cotto is the only Rican unless you count Swift, that is why he has a strong rican fan base but only in NY. Canelo is the A side, he has fans in every major city in the southwest and chicago, plus millions of TV viewers. chavez too and many other mexicans but the fans are more expanded. I guarantee you canelo has more fans than cotto.
