WBC/Lineal light heavyweight champion Adonis "Superman" Stevenson confirmed to BoxingScene.com that he will indeed face Polish contender Andrzej Fonfara on May 24th in Montreal, Canada.

The fight appeared to be a done deal over a month ago but after Stevenson's recent signing with powerful boxing adviser Al Haymon, there were rumors that Stevenson may go in another direction.

Does anyone know that if Stevenson signed that HBO extension or not? I wouldn't be surprised if Stevenson is also moving to Showtime and go after the Hopkins/Shumenov winner.

Fonfara is coming to fight for his life against Stevenson. I wouldn't be surprised if Fonfara pulls off the win.
