Haymon doesn't allow his fighters to sign long term promo contracts.

Besides, he's taking his fighters to Floyd once he retires and promotes full time. That's too obvious.

They say the use of ******* makes you soft. From what I'm reading its a good thing Richard is running the show since Oscar would have sold the company for a few lines of sniff.

notice ellerbe sitting in between oscar and richard at the canelo fight.
Can you explain to me what exactly al haymon does. Like if a fighter is signed with GBP like so lucas and maidana were, why do they also sign with Al Haymon?

I know his fighter get bigger more money fights but how? He is more powerful then the promotional companies themselves.

Also how long has floyd been with him.

When Mayweather retires from boxing I believe him and Haymon will still work together. Haymon right now exclusively works with GBP. That will change in a few years.

Exactly. we allready have promoters and managers and fighter, adding "advisors" as another link in the chain only means one more guy that want's his share of the profits which means higher costs of putting the fights together... it means bigger part of the business is behind closed doors.
