Provo/Rios would be a good fight... for Provo. If Rios REALLY wants this, he's foolish. His dome was bashed around a lot in the past 2-3 fights. Last thing he needs is more of the same.

        Rios Is A Clown

He was wrong about his outcome with Pacquiao. He was wrong about Canelo's fight. And he's wrong about his chances with Provo. He initially wanted Provo at 147, the when Provo said he was defending his 140 title at 140, and signed with someone else, NOW he claims he has no problem making 140, when it's too late, after you shared you also walk around at 165 or 167 whatever he mumbled. ****** and no discipline. Why would you want to have to drop that kind of weight each fight??? He's also wrong when he says Provo fights just like him. No he doesn't. Provo has fast hands, is relentless and destroys people. Rios STILL has never beaten anyone but Alvarado and Provo showed that doesn't mean much. Rios needs to either tend bar, or go beat someone credible; he deserves no title shot right now.

Trying to end his career early... provo has real power at junior welterweight. He slide by Alvarado the first fight and with manny but Provo has a good chance of ending this Fool!!!

This dude must have some serious self hate issues going on to be completely fine with getting his face smashed in so often like this.

            Seriously, take a break dude.
