Angulo walked to the ring and fought like his family were in danger!

I had to start up my account due to the fight at the weekend. Been lurking for a while.

Angulo fought like his family would be harmed if he punched Canelo with any power. What in the name of God did I witness in the early hours of Sunday morning? I have never seen such a blatantly fixed fight. Juan Manuel Marquez posted 3 tweets where he said that Angulo was paid to throw the fight.

I realised that Canelo would more than likely be favoured in every way possible, and when I saw Tony Weeks was the ref I wasn't sure if El Perro's scrotum would survive the night, but I thought that he would be robbed on the cards at worst. Canelo is being lined up as the future PPV King after Floyd so it was unlikely he would lose this fight under any circumstances.

This fight was a disgrace to boxing and the most obviously fixed fight I have ever seen. Are we entering the WWE-era of professional boxing?

I don't know if the fight was fixed lol but my entire leaving room full of people were sitting there with the most confused look on there faces. Alfredo punches looked incredibly slow even for his standards and u could tell there were was no power in those combos he was throwing. Such a bizarre performance by Angulo. How in the hell he knocked Lara down twice is beyond me. Angulo made canelo look like Duran in there on Saturday.

I knew not to fuccc with the fight once I heard Canelo couldn't make weight..
I was gonna put some money on Angulo, but as soon as I heard about the weigh in hell nah I knew some shady **** was going down.

Ill have to watch the fight again in HD (was watching a crappy stream) for me to really judge if it was fixed

Angulo had some moments in the fight and IMO was stopped too early

I just think since Canelo didn't have to drain himself to make 154 he had more stamina

it is what is, Canelo is gonna get spanked by the big boys at 160, that's why he's been killing himself to make 154 hes shook, trying to get any advantage on opponents.

I Hate Adrien Broner hes an annoying sack of **** but people should at least give him props, he had the balls to move up 3 divisions imagine Ginger fighting at 168

You thought Angulo was Floyd with power? He was never any good, really. And slower than a drunk snail. He didn't even last 6 rounds against a post-jail James Kirkland for God's sake.

I didn't realize so many people didn't understand boxing.

Look Canelo came out with his full arsenal. He hurt Angulo early. That was a small part of it.

Another little bigger part was that Angulo can't fight off the back foot. Canelo pushed him back.

The biggest thing you ask? Angulo is slow. He likes to wind up. Everytime he tried he got countered with a big shot or a stiff jab. He threw his punches the way he did in an attempt to land something, and push Canelo back without getting countered. It didn't work.
