I honestly dont think Garcia will fight Floyd until either he sees signs of real slippage or until there is not another opponent with better risk, reward. Meaning I could see him fighting Floyd if Thurman is the only other option because that might be a fight he could truly lose for a small percent of what he would get against Floyd but GBP has so many fighters to put him in with that it could be awhile and even then I think he may pick Thurman over Floyd judging by the way he downplays how good Thurman is

you sure? They seem pretty confident that they could make a Canelo-Sergio fight

I imagine Thurman or Garcia will be the final fight in Floyd's contract

they're both GBP guys. it'll be an attempt at a torch passing ceremony

I think it'll be one of these guys

Erislandy, just finished schooling one of Floyd's homebois. Schooling one of Floyd's buddies did wonders for Maidana in the sweepstakes. Floyd likes going after guys on streaks and has been keeping his eyes on Erislandy

Keith Thurman, people are sucker for power punchers. Plus he's EAGER for a Floyd fight, more so than any other fighter

Shawn Porter, has the right style to get Floyd in an action packed fight

Martinez, if he beats Cotto and finds a way to bypass the hbo contract

Martinez and Thurman have a higher chance if Floyd-Maidana isn't hot PPV wise. Showtime won't allow Floyd's subsequent fight to be against a "no name"

We know it won't be Khan as he can't fight in September.
PPV's on Mexican Independance day have pretty much always had a mexican or hispanic fighter in the main event.
Pretty slim pickings for Floyd in that respect but who knows someone may win a big fight between now and then and put themeselves into contention.

              Martinez?

He'll be known among Latinos for whooping Chavez son's azz and Cotto's azz.

I believe Sergio Martinez has a strong chance of making Floyd REALLY uncomfortable in the ring , kudos to Money if he makes that happen , besides Maravilla there's no other name that can match up against Mayweather imo (unless the GB vs TR war ends)

take Lara's name out the mix if he fights Alvarez in July

he won't have enough time to train for a September match

Amir Khan is so great. He beat Judah and maidana and was robbed against Peterson. Prescott and Garcia got lucky. He is so accurate and smart. He has the infighting skills of Diego Corrales and the outside skills of Tommy Hearns.

The ref stopped the Garcia fight too soon. Khan is very fluid, not sloppy at all
