Pemberton Shouldnt have been Fighting Anyway!

I havent been on here much lately so I dont know if this has been talked about or not but am I the only one who thinks this guy has some serious brain damage? I heard him on ESPN or something the other day and I was going to make a thread about it then. He sounded terrible. He was very slurred. Ive seeing more and more boxers like this now. It is very sad. He wasnt Meldrick Taylor but he wasnt that far away from it either. This dude shouldnt be allowed to fight anymore. He didnt talk like that early in his career. Why do you think he is getting lit up lately? This dude is finished and shouldnt be allowed in a ring again. He has takened too many shots to the dome

I noticed the exact same thing on Friday Night Fights. He was stuttering and had a hard time finding the words. I also thought that he looked nervous in his locker room tonight. This is a veteran who should not get nervous, unless something wrong is going on with him and he knows it.

His management is crazy if they put him in the ring again. They should be brought up on charges. The commision shouldnt even give guys a license that sound like that

I think I have but I didnt really pay much attention. Hes from another country though and he just sounds strange anyway. Plus Golota was never right in the head even when he was healthy. You can tell by the way he acts that he has problems

Prior to his last fight, I wrote in a thread here on the forum that I would have easily picked Pemberton for a KO over Manfredo, saying Peter is easy to hit and Scott has the power. But, I quickly added that I opted not to pick Scott after seeing him on TV interviews. I said, I feared for Pemberton. I still do.If he's the one who insists he still could go up the ring competitively, he should be rescued from himself. If it's his management, then, they should be restrained from doing any more harm. His management's intentions may be good, but they should realize that, "The road to perdition is paved with good intentions."

Pemberton has the heart of Holyfield but the skills of Vanderpool. Nuff said!
