Nobody here is speaking about Lara being a future ATG or the next big thing even, while I've seen people considering Golovkin , for instance, being both.

Lara is a very good fighter and his style would surely give Canelo (and possibly Floyd ) problems.

He is not a Willie Pep or a Whitaker, but a very solid boxer who fought a better competion than Golovkin and wasn't handed a belt for beating Matthew Hatton.

Bad-mouth Lara all you want, but please...please don't try to say Williams won that fight. In one fell swoop, you lose all credibility. Lara-Williams was one of the worst robberies in recent memory. Practically everyone but the so-called judges thought Landy won. The decision was so bad that the NJSAC took the unprecedented step of suspending the judges in that fight. Does that sound like a credible win to you?
