Combined 2-2 record huh. I guess the only 2 wins were recorded by the Ghost.

Furthermore Khan has not fought his way to the elite level. But when he got close, he got leveled. Only to have certain fans act like it never happened. Dudes on the lower end of average.

3-1, sorry. 2 of those wins were recorded by the Ghost yes.

Yeah, you're right - he was gifted it all.

He didn't fight his way to a commonwealth title and obtained a good ranking, got some inter contitnental belts to increase his rankings even further, fought ranked fighters and then beat the champion. He defended it against the most avoided fighter in his division in style, beat another top fighter in Paulie, beat another belt holder in Zab - defended it against his mandatory in his mandatory's home town - but was robbed (though I'm sure it was a clear Peterson win to you), and got stopped after taking a fight against Garcia, the now reigning, defending champ.

Add to that, he was grossly ducked by Bradley,

If that's not worthy of a fight with the superstar that is 'the ghost,I dont know what is.

Zab and Paulie?? Wow!! World beaters right thur.

BTW I don't know who said Khan isn't worthy of fighting the Ghost. That is in no way the same as saying Khan shouldn't be favored over the Ghost. I can see how this is above your abilities though.

You noted: "it looks like Khan has talked himself into the eliteness of boxing, because he hasn't fought himself there" - excuse me for thinking you were referring to the upcoming fight between himself and Guerrero, coincidentally also the name of this thread.

Otherwise, I think it's above your abilities to transform your thoughts into cohenrent sentences.

Zab and Paul were top LWWs, what's wrong with that? Add Peterson, Maidana, Kotelnik and Garcia to the list.

This would be a pretty good fight. I'd honestly pick Guerrero to win though. If Khan fights smart he can win, but he gets too carried away with his combinations & stays in the pocket too long & than always gets knocked down.

Oh you're excused. Talked himself into eliteness meaning people, (like you), would think he comes in after a long layoff getting hurt by washed up lightweights and boss up on a decent welterweight. Didn't say the Ghost was elite.

Nothing wrong with Zab or Paulie. But they also were not elite.
My point is, I don't find it wise to pick Khan over any average or above welterweight right now, except for Paulie.

And factually, coherent sentences are kinda my thing.

I think Guerrero is a much better fighter than Diaz who almost beat Khan in England. Unless Khan improves a hell of a lot I think Guerrero will win by KO.

I'm not surprised. It's a bad style for Khan even though he can beat Guerrero. Khan's team knows he would look bad in that fight.
