Rocky isn't 5'11. That's more than 4 inches shorter than Ali. Ali's 6'3.



That's what I'm saying. They both come forward, and don't take a step back. Rocky had more power, and a better chin. Also lower center of gravity, and could get more leverage on his punches in a toe to toe.

I see. And agree. Dempsey did not have the chin rocky had but if someone could match his power that is Dempsey

Marciano's chin was inhuman. I think Dempsey would get to him early and knock him down. Assuming that the ref doesn't allow the OLD rules (lol) then Dempsey would have to wait until Marciano is standing up again and given permission by the referee before going at him. Marciano would recover and come back to knock down Dempsey late in the fight. But Dempsey would not recover from Marciano's punches. He ruined fighters permanently with his blows.
