Maidana was the first one to drop Karass in his career, thus giving him residual cracks.

Thurman won every round and actually put Karass to sleep. Luckily the ref caught him before he hit the canvas.

Maidana won via TKO in a far more competitive fight.

Thurman. Other than the first couple rounds he completely dominated Soto-Karass. Maidana had more trouble.
