Put down that glass of hatoraid and realize the guy is just 23 years old. Please let me know how many of the hall of famers mentioned in this thread were fighting world champions at that age. Ali was a young champion in the 60's but for the most part guys take nothing but tune ups and stepping stone fights until their mid to late 20's.
Canelo is a multiple division world champion and he has not hit his physical prime yet. Sure, he should get **** for fighting guys like Mathew Hatton and Josesito Lopez and bringing them up, but he has fought good competition since then and will continue to do so.

              Haters..........

Canelo has the right attitude about this sport. When a fighter talks about legacy, it needs to be applauded. As far as the fight Saturday night, he will win and win decisively. He is the better fighter and I believe he's stronger as well. The Dog will be hit harder than he's ever been hit before. Not only that, EL Perre is hurt in almost every fight. Let's keep it real here. You guys just wanting Canelo to lose are haters. If you knew anything about boxing, then you'd know that he has but a mere puncher's chance and that's about it. Canelo is a good defensive fighter as well. This will be an easy fight for Canelo.

He just fought that HOF and this is the beginning of that run on his next fight. Hes 23 years old its not like this is his last fight.

Alvarez has plenty of time to step his game up
but he only eked out a win in his 1st serious test
and he got drubbed against the 2nd one he faced
dude might need to go up in weight, his stamina sucks
can't see him becoming a great fighter just yet
looks like he'll win a few belts and make money, but fail to be special
