FYI C**** never get housed with GP (general population) so you will never have to refuse to be housed with one unless you already in there for a sex crime then you fools are going into the same unit.

But in all fairness we dont know **** about the circumanstance of Molina case, looks like he was a teenager when it happened, 12 years ago he hasnt been in trouble with the law since. Everyone deserves a second chance I doubt it was child ******ation what he was accused he did or else his charges would have read child ******ation.

I don't know about other states. But here in TN sex offenders don't automatically check in. Several are housed in GP. I guess they have a wait and see approach. Here in TN you're basically classified by age and sentence. Sex offenders are rarely, if ever housed with lifers. But a lotta times, when they're housed with inmates without dates, they're fine. Most of them% especially c****s are put on the door and eventually have to check in. But more times than not that's the route instead of just outright assaulting him because folks don't wanna lose their good time.

Molina not on that level, he should have been punished for not knowing the law but a 16 year old in many state is of consenting age.

I'd be willing to bet an amount of money that means something to me that if you regularly pick up girls at clubs or bars, you've had sex with a minor. You can ask them their age all they want. But if they're in an establishment that is supposed to 18 and up or 21 and up, they're not gonna tell you they're 15 if they have any interest in you. So unless you're checking IDs before you have sex with them, you've probably been got. And personally, I think the number of men that would ask for an ID once their lil man gets on hard is very low.

Interesting, I done time in Arizona and California and they wont even dare walk a C**** down the hall if any GP are out let alone give him the option to be housed with GP. Its a green light on sight policy.

You can't even automatically check in here. It is what it is. I know in the county jail here in Nashville, they're housed in GP and are rarely if ever f.ucked with. Same with snitches. And like this situation, you never know what happen. I'm not just gonna butcher somebody without knowing the facts of their case. And very few of the guys I've been locked up will either. But once its confirmed, he's gonna have a hard time. But not automatically green lighted. A lotta times when they choose to stay in GP, they're extorted so badly the eventually check in.

Technically they were both teens. If this was truly the case, I haven't lost an ounce of respect for Molina. Not saying it was right but I can better understand the circumstances. I'd be 10x more troubled by my daughter getting "smashed" by self righteous Judgemental A$$holes like you.
