It definitely is a big deal. I know what you are saying and I agree with you in certain cases like when its 2 kids in the same school but one is in the 12th and the other is in the 10th but this is a huge age difference. That puts him at 18 and the victim would have to be 11 or under

If that was the case then the charges would be for statutory ****, but it clearly says assault which means he forced himself onto a minor while threatening his victim with a weapon.

I just found the case information at the Outagamie County Public Records Website it is true he was found guilty of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of Child

He was convicted when he was 18, but it's still possible it happened when Molina was even younger. So he may or may not not be a full on pedo, but still scummy as hell if true.
