Help! I'm 5'5 and 154lbs (165cm - 70kg) - What weight class should I fight in?

    Help! I'm 5'5 and 154lbs (165cm - 70kg) - What weight class should I fight in?

    Thoughts anyone?

    Should I drop down to 135lbs (lightweight)? Even then I would still be too short. I can't lose that much more weight. I am already lean and have a bodty fat of 9%.

    being short can be an advantage if you know how to use it if your 154 and in good shape now with out serious training or dieting i would say go to 140

        remember you can cut around 8lbs of water weight before the weigh ins

          I think 126 is a proper weight. Just go on a fast for 3 weeks and then just rely on bean sprouts and water...you should make it fine at 3.5% bf.

              lol i always wondered how much weight u can cut. until the point where its unhealthy. i want to fight too but dont know what weight class i would even fight at if i were to get in "boxing shape" lol

                If you're really only 9%BF then 140 would be the lowest I'd advise. If you've some more fat on you then 135 is probably ideal.

                  seems to me that you can go down to 135 or even 130 if you on a serious diet and work out

                    you need to find a proper way to test yourself you would look 2x in better shape than bradley only being 5'5" 154 @ 9% and would not be asking if you should cut weight
