I am by no means any sort of expert but those hooks are very wide, like you you are primarily using your mid section and momentum but not using your shoulders or something. Also, you HAVE to keep your left hand up and work on throwing the right hand. I noticed that you only seem to throw the left (are you predominantly left handed by chance?) but your speed seems pretty decent. An opponent could uppercut under your hooks rather easily though.

Just my advice as a novice but at least you posted a vid of yourself which is more than what most that are critiquing you here would do.

Looks like you believe in your power, i think thats good, but dont fall in love with it. I personally like how you can crank that wild overhand.

but yeah its all understandable things get a little more "creative" when weed is involved. dont overstylize. As im sure you know, while you trying to style out a guy can get to you with a simpler method. I see potential...
Wise points.. first person who sees potential.. thank you.. that over hand right is my favorite punch I try and land it big country roy nelson style with the fist side ways, thumb and pointer finger knuckle facing the floor.

And you guys say that I am cruel to the newby fighters, lol.

But serious man; get a different cd and tuck in those elbows before somebody puts some sauce on those ribs and eats them for dinner. Then get into a gym for some proper training. They say that what you do in your shadow boxing is essentially what you're going to do in a fight. I predict definite hand problems if you step up to fight. Make a proper fist and let them fly, you look ridiculous with your fists being open and loose................ Rockin'

Get yourself a heavy bag bro, and hit it with speed + technique. It will improve your shadow.

You would get owned easily by even a,pathetic jab your head movement is terrible and it's like you're trying to do everything wrong.... You don't have the speed and probably the power or angles along with balance or head movement to pull that stance off and it's not cool pal.. The only impressive thing was your tackle movement, it had a nice rhythm, heck if I was your coach I'd tie a boxing glove to it and tie you hands behind you back and stick a blindfold on you if you ever had a fight.
