Broner loses one fight and he's a bum. Ironically, if he stays his ass at lightweight where he belongs. All the guys talking about how bad he is would be b1tchin' on here daily about him beating up on "smaller" guys. That's how it goes sometimes. I mean, how great would GGG be right now if he had opted to jump two divisions and fight the weakest beltholder, let's say Bernard Hopkins. And then followed it by the biggest puncher in the division. Stevenson or Kovalev. Take your pick.

A serious case can be made that Broner fought a much improved Maidana. PLUS! Broner (to his credit) didn't run away from that improved Maidana, he stood in there and made a fight out of it.

What's f**ked up is how Mayweather is playing with all of these idiots though. He was just f**king with Khan, Maidana, and Broner for months while he had their careers in the palm of his hand.

Mayweather tried to do that to Canelo by telling him to fight on his undercard against Guerrero and maybe he'll fight him in September, but Canelo said "F**k you!", fought Trout and drew 40,000 people, and got the Mayweather fight anyway.

Broner may think he can beat Khan because of his suspect chin. What he doesn't know, is that Khan is a better fighter than he is. Broner hasn't brought his power to welterweight, and may not have it even at light ww. I hear he hasn't been training. If that's true and he is indeed fighting on May 3rd, he has to be in the gym by now. Khan taking on Broner May 3rd might be Mayweather's consolation prize to Amir for snubbing him in favor of Maidana. However, it's potential career suicide for Broner at this point.
