I have NEVER heard him called the best ever. ****, pbf was ranked higher than him P4P BEFORE Zoo lost to Hatton. And they were in the same weight class.

Kostya was many journalists #1 lb4lb going into the Hatton fight, he was certainly my #1 lb4lb. He was KOTV's #1 lb4lb too.
