Tough but plausible. Canelo pointed this out after their fight and there's a video of it. It was before Canelo hit him in the thigh because of it. Said the eyes felt itchy.

It was definitely a thumb, that's a fact. Those are freak, isolated accidents. Eyes don't swell up like that on a regular basis. Same thing happened in the Matthysse-Garcia fight.

Angulo was up 86-83 in one card and down just a point in the other two. He was on his way to finishing that fight. Anyhow, that's a whole different discussion.

Loma's defense relies on his reflexes, footwork and head movement. Saying that his defense is poor is like saying "I don't know shit about boxing", which you don't.

I was hyping Lomachenko and I still will be hyping this kid, he really is special and he'll prove all the douchebags like yourself wrong.
I recognize good defense when I see it, and even in the AM's Lomas defense was very subpar, this is not the first time I've seen him fight.

I'll be waiting for the excuses next time lol.

Don't fall into his little insult game. It shows insecurity on his part.

Your points are valid and well explained.

He resorted to answering with clinching as a defensive mechanism. He looked completely clueless.

Funny thing is the video didn't even catch all of the low blows, I remember seeing more than that.

I'm not sure what aggravates me more: Sacheato's tactics, Cole's corruption or that the number of posters that are defending Sacheato.

C'mon. You ever catch a thumb or a finger in the eye? Would you describe it as an "itchy" feeling? And Canelo got thumbed in both eyes? I guess that's why he lost the fight. lol

Angulo's eyes where both terribly swollen, from repeated, heavy shots. He was starting to resemble the Elephant Man. You could barely slip a sheet of paper between his eyelids, let alone a boxing-glove thumb the size of a baseball.

Matthysse's swelling was the result of a freak incident, not a thumb in the eye (there is video footage that supports this). Eyes don't swell that way from a "thumbing."

Yeah, he was on his way to finishing, before Lara made him quit for fear of a broken orbital bone (the likes of which are so common from a "thumbing"). Kind of like Matthysse was on his way to winning, until his eye blew up. But, you're right, let's leave that one alone. lol

Lomachenko is more of an offensive fighter. His defense is okay, in my opinion. He's certainly never been, nor will he ever be, a defensive specialist. One of the reasons why they're trying to push Vasyl is because he tends to fight aggressively. The Salido fight was uncharacteristic in many ways, not the least of which is that it was a real pro fight. The kid wasn't ready, that's all, especially against a seasoned vet like Siri.

As I said I said before, you're clueless, his defense is very good.

If you don't recongnize that.... wel, you recognize San Antonio Spurs as a good basketball team so your opinion really doesn't matter.

I only insult people who I don't respect.

                  You're one of them.

You're like PAC-BOY of Golovkin fans.

Don't take it as an offence, I'm just telling you how it is.

Bull half the low blows where caused by Loma pushing him down others where belt line. So get over it

loma and his team should have complained, no need to show that he has iron balls,
