Who hits harder, Froch or Groves?

Groves is still only 25 and is clearly really coming on physically. No doubt he hits harder.

Froch's no stranger to taking flush shots on his tough chin, but Groves's had him hurt several times.

Groves is faster and very explosive. He's a good puncher that is able to hit you with punches you don't see coming, but I believe Froch is the more heavy handed dude.
