valuev's is 85"

toney weighs in usually at 235 lbs.

valuev usually weighs in at 324 lbs.

i honestly do not think that toney has the power, nor the reach, nor the reach to carry that power that high, to stop valuev.

You are right about that but also have to consider that Valuev did what a lot of fighters could not - got Ruiz out of the game. He did it with some help from the judges but this accomplishment should still be noted.
