His son Laurence Cole is quite possibly the worst "big name" ref in the sport. It seems obvious that he only gets assigned to important fights because of who he knows, not because he is competent.

they are much more than that, they also sell fight insurance to fighters. You have to deal with them no matter what if you fight in texas.
