    Antonio Tarver was taken into police custody in Florida on Saturday night after a Highway Patrol trooper discovered that Nevada had an open warrant out for the former light heavyweight champion’s arrest, according to reports from The Tampa Tribune and WFLA.

    The Tribune said Tarver “was arrested on a warrant for jumping bail and failure to appear” in court in Clark County, Nev.

      Damn Tarver,, Sounds like he wrote some bad checks and left town.....


      This is kinda sad, he has fallen hard over the last 2 years,, he went from being a respected fighter with a good career, a legendary win, title reigns, and made millions in the game with big fights, plus had announcer gig at showtime,, but now he has no showtime job, failed drug tests, and now being arrested on a warrant,,, SMH

                  You would think in the modern era, that these fighters would be smarter with their careers and saving $ up. Petty crimes from prize fighters is just backwards.
