LoooooooooooooooooooooooooooL 'VOICE OF RUSSIA' - at the moment Russia is using all possible propaganda through TV channels etc to try and convince the people to support invading Ukraine. They even want to block these channels from broadcasting in Ukraine and advise people to call relatives or friends in Russia to tell them the REAL situation.

If this was from a source that was actually unbiased, I might believe it, but this smells like some fresh BS.

Of course, but that means he has the power to make decisions that would effect the entire country. He's not wanting to be the president just to have a cool title.
