Love this fight but it doesn't sound confirmed at all. Floyd isn't a matchmaker when it comes to Broner or Khan, he only has his garbageman under the TMT banner. Hope it happens though.

Only problem I have with this fight is it gives Mayweather an excuse to fight Khan in September if he wins. The winner will be made to look like a top WW and that's just not the case.

This is where Arum fails among other aspects in being a promoter. Millions of people who have no idea who Khan and Broner are will see them fight. I was in the bar for May/Canelo, It was packed to the walls by the time Mathysse fought Garcia.

If Broner would like to move down to 140lb, then do so but don't ask Khan to come in at the catch weight. Having seen Khan throughout his entire career, I firmly believe he is outgrowing 140lb and hasn't fought there in a year or so. I'd like to see the Bolton star move up to the full 147lb limit, with or without Broner.

Then again, this fight is most likely going to happen because Showtime will only make the type of return they want on their Mayweather deal, if each one of his PPVs do big money and this entire night can bomb if the undercard is not packed.
