To be fair to Hearn he landed broom the Alexander fight

Injury messed that up but if he would have won he would be in the mix

Bika fight makes the most sense.

I don't see the winner of Froch-Groves offering him a shot. If Froch wins, he'll pursue a big money fight in the 'States, and there's no way Groves would defend a title voluntarily against DeGale.

He has also helped generate a big following for Brook.

DeGale turned Hearn down for Henessey so he's never getting the Froch fight unless mandated.

Degale is a European level fighter, last night highlighted that fact.

Far, far from convinced about Degale.
DeGale was basically playing around and toying with that guy at times. He was standing square on half the time. I think he realises that he can't do that at world level.

I thought DeGale looked good at the weekend. I'm hoping he gets his world title shot soon.

Really like Degale and rate him, beat Groves for me although it was close, needs the big fights now though, the motivation they bring will improve his performance and stop him switching off in these fights, his promoter is terrible though

He is good enough to mix it with the best in the division
