De La Hoya outboxes him until the late rounds when Chavez' sizes starts getting to Oscar. An at that time DLH starts running out of gas.

Anyone remember before ODL fought Pacquiao Chavez Sr. was all over the place trying to get Oscar to fight his son? He said he had given De La Hoya the chance to make a name for himself when he was an older fighter and if he didn't do the same for Jr. then he was nothing more than a coward.

no way he knocks out jr late in his career but he would still have been able to beat him if they fought on the same date he fought pacquiao
