SMH At the posters downplaying what Chavez Jr brings to the ring. His technical abilities aren't the best i.e. his footwork, but he has decent skills, a great chin, and the thumping power to give anyone trouble.

And Vera is a worthy challenger to Chavez Jr when you consider their style. It was a great fight! Both really tough fighters.

I have to disagree with you. Chavez is no bum. He is a very talented fighter. People like you call him a bum, because He is not as great as his Dad. But who is? JR. will beat any fighter that is not ready for a real fight.
I think He will beat Froch and Groves. Maybe not GGG Or Ward, But Would Give a good fight to both. The point is, just because You don't like a guy, or like his work ethic, or personality, It doesn't make him a bum. JR is a true top talent, and performer that we must respect, and watch.

I think he's gotten better. Excellent chin of course. But he's barely beaten a top tenner, always drops rounds to the smaller guys, almost always goes the distance, and often needs friendly judging (Vera, Zbik, Vanda,,,)

It's cause the official recordkeeper fight fax recognizes WSB as pro fights

I have actually fought hundreds of rounds in the ring. I'm not from Mexico, and I am not saying this out of Nationalism , or Fanism. I know from experience, that your boys are not on the level as JR. I'm sorry I hurt your feelings. Please forgive Me.

Lomachenko fought six fights in the World Series of Boxing. No headgear, pro gloves, and he got paid for those fights.

FightFax — the official record keeper for the sport — considers them to be pro fights.

It's why Rau'shee Warren's record is announced as being different than what BoxRec has — it actually adds to Warren to include those wins, since he's not like the Lomachenko marketing trying to go behind the supposed setting of a record.
