He would lose to Garcia and Provo and be about an even fight with Alvarado in my opinion. That extra 5 pounds gives those bigger fighters a slight advantage. If he is a big lightweight who can just barely make 135 then he might do very well at 140 but Garcia and Provo seem like better fighters to me.
