Why fight a guy who's not really a welter-wt and coming off a loss if you wanna prove yourself @ 147? Fight Porter or Thurman or STFU!!!! Khan is a joke!!!!
Amir wants a guy coming of a loss... what a surprise and to prove himself with Broner at welterweight when even Broner hasn't proved himself at welterweight..what a thick prat!
This would be a very exciting fight with lots of talk, drama, and above, all lots of skill. If nothing else, these two are very skilled technicians. Hope this fight gets made. Good luck to both.

Ur daddy Floyd is fighthing Maidana, who only got the fight because he beat Broner.
Why doesnt ur daddy fight Thurmann?
If Broner is the gatekeeper to Floyd then Khan will more than likely want to fight him rite?

So a guy who held a title at WW hasnt proved himself ? LMAO
The gatekeeper to Floyd, seems like he was proof enough to warrant a fight with Maidana
Khan has never fought at 147, Broner is more experienced at the weight and had held a title.
Khan is coming back from over one year lay off and a horrible performance against Julio Diaz, Broner the gate keeper to Floyd is a viable fight
I like the fight to many people talk like a loss is the end of the world just because lil' Floyd hand picks his opponents to maintain his sqeaky clean record doesn't mean that a loss against good competition means a damn thing!
I like the fight it makes sense, both are quality guys who don''t bring big power, both are skilled and well taught!
It would be another test for Adrian as he tries to step from his past opposition and compete against the next level. I'd give a slight edge to Khan and Adrian needs to step up his conditioning and his mental approach when training begins. He has alot of work ahead of him to be where he wants to be when he reaches 28 yrs old! He has the skill set, he has the time, he showed courage but does he have the desire to prepare and adjust to all styles and win?
Ray.
Malignaggi was viewed as the weakest titleholder when Broner beat him but he proved himself able to handle an old Zab Judah at least and then Alexander got upset by Porter. Kell Brook is 2.5 inches taller than Broner. I think Khan maybe sees Broner as easy pickings at 147 where he is 1-1.
I also think Angel Garcia is right. Broner made a mistake by not going back down to 140 after the Paulie bout. Of course we have the benefit of hindsight.
