That would be a solid fight, build-up would be fun and the fight should deliver given both guys have solid offense and lacking defense.

Same promoter, same weight class, neither guy has a fight. SIGN IT!!!!
Khan beats him with speed and length IMO. Broner is too stationary of a target.Comment

I am not sure why boxing fans want everything on PPV now. They have been brainwashed to think even B fighters fighting eachother is worth $60-70. If you disagree with them then you are "broke" and just 'can't afford it'. It's the principal of the subject, Broner vs Khan sounds like a very good, entertaining and intriguing fight for where the two fighters are right now. But in now way is this a PPV headliner.Comment

I don't see how Broner beats Khan. His power has not carried up at all. His only chance would be dependent on how much Khan fades, which he seems to do to a degree every fight.Comment

I'm sure Floyd will encourage this fight. Adrien Broner has become Floyd's new stepping stone. If Khan beats Broner he'll probably be able to setup a fight with Pretty Boy later on just like Maidana was able to.Comment

See now Khan will probably need to have this at 147 and Stafford said they would go back to 140 after a rematch with Maidana, so the weight might be a non-starter. Personally, I think he should stay away from Khan, but if they insist on taking another leap, maybe a CW if khan shows himself desperate for this name.Comment

Any one get the feeling that a win will help Broner out more than Khan? Broner just got his ass whooped by Maidana, and he has been called average since about the Rees fight, at least that's when I started seeing his flaws against quick, active fighters. Khan has more of an underachiever, Zab Judah syndrome where the skills are there but he just hasn't gotten that big win since beating Malignaggi and Maidana in his big 2010 year. TBF he did follow up 2010, with a 2011 where he beat Judah and Peterson(IMO), but 2012+ he hasn't done much of anything, but boxing fans do see that he should be better than what he is now.Comment

British star Amir Khan (28-3, 19KOs) is hungry to get in the ring after being passed over for a lucrative date with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Khan sat on the shelf since last April, believing that he would secure a date with Mayweather on May 3rd. Instead, Mayweather selected Marcos Maidana for a unification encounter.
Several names are being discussed for Khan's next fight, which is going to take place in late April or May. And one of the names that really interests Khan is former three division champion Adrien Broner, who suffered his first career loss last December against Maidana.
