Japanese fighter Kazuto Ioka officially announced his resignation of the 108-pound title of the World Boxing Association, with a communication sent to the Championships Committee. Ioka won the title on December 31, 2012, when he defeated the Mexican Jose Alfredo Rodriguez by TKO 6 in Osaka. He made three defenses of his belt in 2013. I'd like to see him get a shot at the WBA/WBO unified flyweight title holder J.F. Estrada. If Ioka could win 5 world titles in 3 divisions in only 15 fights that would be a great accomplishment for Ioka.
Then if he could get a fight with Gonzalez it would be the biggest fight in the flyweight division in years.

Big rumour that he'll be fighting Reveco in May for the WBA regular strap. I'd assume Tokyo will play host.
