The last PPV event with 2 fighters coming off losses was Pac vs Rios.

They lost to two of the best. I think it's a great fight but I won't buy it because I can watch it free within a week or two on showtime. I think it will be a better fight than Floyd vs. Maidana and more likely to end in an exciting knockout.
