What is your best boxing rant?

We all know about "PLAYOFFS?! YOU KIDDIN' ME?! PLAYOFFS?!" and "THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!!!" and "WE TALKIN BOUT PRACTICE!!" in other sports. But there has been some pretty good rants in boxing too.

One recent one that stands out is LATEEF KAYODE after the Tarver fight. The "I AM A STRONG MAN...I **** ON YOU A LOT!!!" rant! Theres some backstory here. When Tarver was announcing for Showtime, he would call Kayode's fights and be extremely critical. Word got back to Kayode, and he took umbrage with critiques.

Boxing is one of the only sports where, if you dont like what a commentator said about you, you can get him in the ring and punch him in the mouth without arrest . Kayode talked his way into the fight.

The fight itself was nothing special. Tarver was very defensive minded and lost the first half of the fight before dominating the most of the second half. It was a draw. But its what happened AFTER the fight! Kayode, who was certain that he won, went on a hilarious rant against Tarver and Showtime ! It got him a lifetime ban from Showtime!

James Toney has a couple ...I believe it was after the second Peter loss. Apparently, before the fight, Larry Holmes made some comments about Toney being a blown up, out of shape cruiser. So after the fight, which Toney appeared to dominate but lost a decision, he does a post fight interview. He goes, look at Peter's face. "Lookin' all ugly...lookin' like Larry Holmes.".

He was pissed that he just got robbed against Peter, but he was even MADDER at what Larrry Holmes said about him ! It was eating him up enough that taking that shot at Holmex was more important than corrupt judges!
