I can respect it but its not very smart. Just like not fighting Rios simply because he wants to defend a belt nobody cares about anyway. Right now, THE FIGHT at jr welterweight is Garcia-Provo. And there's no reason it can't or shouldn't be made. Other than Provo's loyalties.

How can the fight get made if Team Provodnikov is loyal to HBO?!?....dude knows this so why the **** is he gassing fans....the fight can be made in a heartbeat if he dare cross that line and jump on board with the Showtime squad.....some REAL work is across that line....Swift, Lucas and Peterson beats him imo....bring your bad ass across the network....right now, that's the ONLY fight that matters at 140....every other dance is irrelevant!!
