    Yesterday BoxingScene.com's Bill Emes caught up with Angel Garcia, father and trainer of WBA/WBC junior welterweight champion Danny Garcia and spoke about a variety of topics in the boxing world. When the subject turned to WBO junior welterweight champion Ruslan Provdonikov, the elder Garcia wasn't impressed.

      He was not being supportive or admiring Ruslan in any way. He was actually insulting him. And only reason he is thinking of Ruslan is because Danny next opponent beat Ruslan.

          Danny has impressed me so much, I will never bet against him again (unless he fights Mayweather or Pacquiao).

                  Poor guy's left without a fight at bare-boned Top Rank. (yes, I know he's not TR, but he's HBO, who only goes TR)

                  Damn shame. Nearly beats Bradley, beats the hell out of Alvarado, and is left with nothing. Hopefully they find a middle ground with Rios.

                                      Last I heard no. but artie and ruslan have both said they will stay on HBO because they gave ruslan a chance. I can respect that.
