I can.... he gave the house to his mother thats where it should stay. The very act of taking your own mother to court is beyond weak

I don't understand why they couldn't just talk this out. It's as if she simply refused to go. In either case, she would've been forced to vacate, as the government would've eventually seized the property for non-payment of taxes. As distasteful as it all looks, Whitaker probably did the right thing.
The taxes would be a grand a year or so she could have hit up some other relatives for that and plus im sure she gets some form of social security.

this aint him worrying about her paying taxes this is him needing some quick disposable income but really if he was ever serious about gifting that house to her he would have put it in her name in the first place.

Saw this on one of our local news stations. He moved his mom into a nice house 30 years ago. Now he's had her evicted so he can sell the house because he needs the money....
Took a look at the video Whitaker looks older than his mom I guess to much Coke

If it is not in her name, it is not her house. He is desperate and may even get less money than her on a monthly basis. He wouldn't be in that situation if he hadn't pushed all his money up his nose. And made some proper investments.

What I want to know is how can someone be so wasteful with cash?

Take note Floyd Mayweather jr, this is you in 10/15years time.

He didn't even need to make investments!

He could of easily got a job on side working with commentary on some sort of boxing show and with the interest of how much he had that should be WAAAY more than enough!

Typical greedy people, no sympathy for him he earned the cash and he burnt it now let him rot in the gutter people are by far worse off than him.
