  • Comments Thread For: Abregu's Opponent Set, Faces Prada on April 4th

Luis Carlos Abregú (35-1, 28 KOs) will make his return to the ring on April 4
against unbeaten Jean Carlos Prada (30-0-1, 21 KOs) of Venezuela. The bout will
take place in Abregú's hometown of Salta, Argentina with the plan being a return
to the United States should he emerge victorious.

Abregú was last seen on the undercard of the Sergio Martínez-Martin Murray bill
with victory over Antoine Decarie before a hand injury and subsequent operation
put an end to his 2013 campaign.

Excited to see him back. I think Arum will hook him up with another big win on HBO then look to Pac.

Injured his hand vs Bradley and injured it again his last fight. That's far from good.

you do know that fight was outside in a thunderstorm?

breaking your hand is really easy if the punch doesn't land properly and especially so in the rain.

unless it's raining or Prada leads with the crown of his head like Bradley I'm sure he'll be fine.

                  Right...

Surgery doesn't automatically mean it's fixed.
