Great fight. It depends on the weight and if they're in their primes. I think a prime marg beats Lara in close decision (due to multiple knock downs) or maybe even wins by a late TKO. Lara would outbox the **** out of marg, but Marg's relentless pressure and iron chin might be too much for Lara. If Lara can use his legs effectively and is in extraordinary shape, he would win a wide decision.
