Supposedly the Klitschko's, Amir Khan, both in sports science. From what I remember both Klits have PhD's. Juan Manuel Marquez has a degree in accounting, he claimed during an HBO interview. Juan Diaz has a law degree, which you need a college degree to get first, he has a Political Science degree. Seth Mitchell has a bachelor's degree in Criminology/or criminal justice. Audley Harrison(Sport Science), Nathan Cleverly(Math), Chazz Witherspoon(Pharm marketing), Calvin Brock(Finance). Vernon Forrest went to UMichigan on a scholarship for business admin but dropped out.
