Sincerely, Top 10 without a single doubt. Name 10 better fighters than him in boxing history who have accomplished what he has and IN THE WAY / FASHION that he has. I have never seen such an incredible offensive fighter before; from his speedy combinations to his movement. Never ducked anybody, stormed to the WW division and fought every single fighter Floyd had ducked since he entered the weight, and not only simply beat them but DESTROYED them. Pacquiao was what we call a phenomenon.

Sit down, watch his career and his amazing run at WW and I guarantee that ANYBODY will be impressed, whether they express or think it, it is truly amazing. It is hard to come up with bigger phenomenons than Pacquiao in boxing history, he is truly one of a kind.

He's definitely cemented his spot in the top 10 with his eight titles in eight divisions. His wins are extremely impressive in hindsight, regardless of circumstance, against fighters who defined an era of boxing. You don't have any fighter currently in the sport who has a resume as wide as Manny's, ranging from the Mexican legends Barrera, Morales, and Marquez; to the Cottos, Margaritos, and De La Hoyas in the higher weight classes.

there's no way to do that and be accurate with it
nobody knows enough about EVERYONE in boxing history to do that
pick a #1 if you can, but the rest is up in the air
Pac was an ATG as of the end of his run at 130

I voted top 20 but he might be top 10. The truth is I don't have a top 10 or top 20 or top 30 list written out and kept in a safe place to pull it and look at it to see where Pacquiao belongs. I'll bet very few have lists like that.
