Can see Salido weathering the early storm and drowning Vasyl after the 9th.

Rollin wit salido on this he's got a lot of experience and has fought very tough competition, not taking anything away from lomachenko cause he's a up and comer who's quick with decent power and he's smart . I hope we get an awesome fight from both of these warriors let the best warriors win !

If Lomachenko wins, I will be quite surprised given his inexperience at the pro level. Salido isn't the kind of guy I would personally throw a huge prospect like that in with right away. With that said, Lomachenko has a great pedigree and if he wins I'll be here to admit he's the goods.

This is true, in pro boxing, lomachenko is still probably green or a good chance of it. Even with amazing amateur background, there is still the factor of being mentally ready, just because rigo has adjusted in pro just like breathing; anybody can do it already. Just like for everybody who are new to the next level stage; that remains to be seen. Salido is indeed a great step up for lomachenko.

            Lomachenko by tko

Lomachenko by mid to late round tko. Salido will wade in like he usually does and get dropped badly multiple times. Mikey Garcia wrote the blueprint.

Salido was getting lit up Garcia pretty bad early on.. he'll have to do better here....so, I don't think Salido will even throw a meaningful punch until like the 5th round. Of course some body work here and there.. but more of him just looking at Lomchenko. When he does throw..the punch will land, Loma will feel it, and the fight will be on

The only matchup I can think of recently like this was Botha v Sonny bill Williams; it's a crude example but..we'll see if Arum decides to add or subtract rounds one the 10th round is over. lol. either way I think Loma will survive scares and get a wide decision

Fights like this are what boxing is all about. Two guys trying to prove a point, one guy fighting for respect one fighting for history. Some people don't see how Salido can lose some people don't see how Loma can lose and some see it as 50/50. This is the ultimate contrasting fight. Extremely skilled, polished boxer with an incredible amatuer background but little pro experience vs a blood and guts warrior who turned pro at 15 years old and has all kinds of professional experience. I cant wait!!

This isn't right and if it is real, no tricks involved, will Lomanchenko's people sue for 100 million if he gets hurt? At least Magomed had a resume when he ran into a razored lion. Salido is a nasty man, Gamboa will tell you that, they went to war. Lomanchenko will try to put the bum rush on Saliudo like Juanma did in Puerto Rico, but anything besides a shot Salido will take Lomanchenko deep and drown him. Fight with him early, beat on him late. Lomanchenko isn't a quality pro, like Gamboa, or punch as hard as Juanma. If there is a good point, his management didn't pick Mikey, they are pretty brave.

I'm excited for this. This is a very dangerous fight for Lomachenko.
