Not a fan of D.Garcia tbh, ridiculously overrated imo. Flat-footed, slow, no head movement and just generally not a naturally gifted boxer. He's got good physical qualities, but he'll be found out soon enough.

I'd like Thurman to be the one who shows people how easily he can be beaten. They know eachother pretty well, they were at the Olympic trials together. I wonder if they'd be willing to fight eachother...

garcia is not down to fight whoever. he doesn't want to fight floyd and he keeps avoiding a matthysse rematch because he knows his fouling wouldn't work a second time. he barely beat a half-blind fighter. pathetic.

i was re watching his fight with soto karass and can't stop thinking about thurman's chin, he didn't look well in that first minute, he did recover later but his legs were almost gone. he does pack a punch that can take you out of there in the blink of an eye though

This guy is really really good prospect. If he can somehow open up the possibilities of stepping up on the next level; we'll see what this guy is really made of.

I remember seeing the video of him calling Paulie out at his own press conference. True fighter.
