No, because he's going to lose his title in his next fight to future GOAT Guillermo Rigondeaux.

are we REALLY comparing mayweathers legacy to loma right NOW LOL. We haven't seen a competitive floyd fight in over a decade. paper belts don't mean much to me (or mayweather for that matter apparently) but you don't win titles in all those weight classes for nothing..

Lomachenko needs to clear out divisions, fighting 4x a year. If/when he clears out the featherweight and lightweight divisions then we can start bringing up ATG and SRR. Until then ... it's just a little bit early to talk about that. No matter his potential he's only had 1 professional fight.
Who's gonna get through a 70 fight career nowadays, without going on waaaaay past their sell by(therefore making it impossible to put together a 70 fight win streak in a short space of time like SRR was able to)?

He wouldn't ? Lomachenko would fight the best possible opponents. That's what defines ATG, you fear no one and fight anyone.
Floyd has a history of ducking the best opponents available. SRR would roll in his grave if he heard that.
Also, judging by your avy and your sig there is another reason why Lomachenko can't topple SRR..

When I read the thread title my first instinct was to think WTF?! But after reading your OP I understand better how you are framing the question. You would think that with his amature record and probably being a champ after 2 pro fights he would have the longevity in terms of the amount of future title defenses. The problem is that he'd have to fight 8-10 times a year like the old guard used to do and that just doesn't happen anymore. He won't have as many total fights but if he gets close to Armstrong's total amount of title defenses he'd be in the all time P4P conversation but not ATG. You're taking about rare air altitude. SRR, Ali, Armstrong, Napoles, Pep It's abnormal to think of anyone reaching those heights. And it's normal for NSB posters to have a knee jerk reaction to your question.
