If Cotto could make 147, guess what? He would be fighting at WW right now because that's where the biggest fights are. MC is a very intelligent guy. When he agreed to the catch weight against Manny, that marked the end of his WW run. He was drained, guys. Smarten up. He absolutely cannot make 147 pounds today. His body outgrew the division. Lazy.
