I have the utmost respect for pure boxers but Vazquez is painful to watch. People **** all over Molina for his tactics against Kirkland for the holding but he was fighting a huge puncher and was still aggressive in that fight. Vazquez fights like this even against feather fisted opponents and is much less aggressive. It's hard to like someone who fights like that. Imagin how awful Vazquez Burns would've been, I'm glad Vazquez pulled out.

Vazquez looked bad in his last 2 fights but I thought he actually was pretty good in this one more offensive at least for him partly due to Shafikov not being equipped to handle his ways.

Shiming takes the second round as well but he is still getting caught...not too good once he steps up in comp.

Shiming got ****y near the end of that round and ate 4 or 5 flush punches. He is going to get dropped fighting like that.

Arum should make Vazquez Beltran. Beltran is bigger, stronger than Shafikov and has a good chin. He also is pretty good a cutting off the ring and would make Vazquez fight more IMO.

Nugaev he's a truer pressure fighter also big for the weight better engine.

Shiming looks better than when i first saw him. Not saying much but at least he's improving

That would be a good match up too. We'll have to see how he does against Quintero though. Which IMO is a tough fight for both men.

I still like the a fight between Beltran and Vazquez. Beltran has proven he can fight at the top level. He pummeled Burns who is a tall rangy boxer with a great chin. Not unlike Vazquez

Zou has improved but I still don't think he's good enough to beat Amnat Ruenrong who is the weakest belt holder in the division.
