            I doubt Rios could make 140, but if he could and they agreed, Ruslan's team should've taken the fight. Rios would have to rehydrate to 160, while Ruslan would be 146. Kind of a fine line, fight someone 14 lbs bigger than you?

                                        Exactly these people seriously think Ruslan is going to outwar, outgun Rios? Rios go hard every second of every round Ruslan cant.
