I seriously lol'd at the thread title for this since I predicted exactly what he'd say if Floyd chose Maidana. It's so damn hilarious to me, but there's a small part of me that feels bad since Floyd & his team led him on thinking he'd get the fight. But Maidana has done more than enough lately to get the big fight.

I still field like Richard sold him a dream he couldn't deliver on. We don't know the particulars of this situation but Khan has always been about the money and if he passed on Alexander he had to feel pretty sure he was getting the fight, he stood to make at least a million and a half versus alexander and could've had enough time to get a second fight in on the undercard in may. I agree. Khan is a d1ckhead. But, its kinda f.ucked up that he was basically advised to put his career on hold for a year "in case" decided he wanted to fight him. I've felt the whole time that Khan was gonna be a last resort. I think Matthysse was the target for this upcoming date. Danny pulling the upset messed that up. But I'm fairly certain that they wanted to go ahead and fight Danny. Danny threw everything for a loop when he turned the fight down. And they've basically been in scramble mode since. Maidana upseting AB was the life wrath that this date needed. The delay has been in getting Broner to step side. I'm sure "lil bro" got a nice chunk of change to step aside. And I wouldn't be surprised if he's not gonna get far above his market value to fight on the undercard. This thing has been a hot mess. I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd came in less than his best.

This is the funniest **** I heard all day. I respect Mayweather for taking on Marcos Miadana. Khan has two straight loses. And awarded a win against Joel Diaz. Miadana has been on a winning streak and became a bigger star when he beat Adrian Broner.

Miadana vs Mayweather sounds good. People will pay to see that fight.
