Seems like anytime Amir gets knocked down in a fight he comes up with the excuse he was drained!! Personally I've never seen him hit the scales looking like a zombie, like I've seen many fighters in the past!

Rios, Chavez, Hasegawa, not to mention many MMA fighters have turned up to fights looking like they're about to die, and had to shift a lot more weight than Amir, and their chins have held up! Amir weighed in at his heaviest vs Diaz and still was dropped hard..

Face it, it's not the weight that's the problem, it's his chin.. Combine that with the fact that he's got many other glaring deficiencies as a fighter and you got to realise the kids just not an elite fighter

all those 3 guys KO him.
khan should fight josesito lopez, one of the few winnable fights he has at 147, both guys coming from cuestionable wins in fights against weak oposition where they were supposed to look good but instead they looked like shlt (both got KD and hurt)

And ur telling us hes not a good boxer? GTFO

why is cotto so good? because he beat delvin rodriguez? that's an achievement for the record books.

Porter makes the most sense. The winner would be the best available non-TR, welterweight option for Floyd. I'd pick Porter to beat him though.

Amir Kahn is in a fact a skilled boxer, but he has two key weaknesses. 1)He throws fast, flashy combos, but sometimes too many of them, which leaves him open to counters. 1)His chin is very suspect; when he gets countered, he gets hurt. If he can learn to be more selective of throwing his combos, he will be less easy to time for a counter. He also needs to tighten up his shots, as he sometimes throws them long & loopy, which also leaves him open to counters. Finally, he should always be careful to bring his guard back to his chin after throwing a punch. It's a shame Emmanuel Stewart passed away; he could have probably honed Khan into a champion as he did with Lewis and the Klitschkos.

The thing with khan is he's not the same fighter he was 2 or 3 years ago, everyone knows about his chin after danny garcia had him swinging around like a rusty gate. Broner and porter and god knows thurman would bundle him in 6 rounds.

That's his business to make excuses, am stating what he said about not wanting to fight at 140. Which might rule out Pederson and Broner unless both would take the fight at 147, Porter we all know fights at 147. So re-read my post again instead of ranting about nothing.
