A strong chin can be developed by training. It's not the muscles that determines the strength of one's chin. Everyone gets tagged and everyone feels pain. No exception to the rule.

What counts is the heart and will to win and the determination of a fighter to come up with the V.

True that its not the muscles that determines the strength of one's chin, however, the development of neck muscles helps to absorb the shock of a head punch thus reducing the chance of a knockout...unless of course its a real brain rattler, then forget about it.
